Chocolate Milk Essay By: Luis Hernandez

Ask yourself, does adding chocolate to milk really take its nutrients and vitamins away? Is chocolate milk really unhealthy?

I think we should have chocolate milk because it has the same 9 essential nutrients as white milk. Why this is important is because it helps your health and gives you a healthy  mind and body. It is also healthy, for it contains vitamins, such as vitamins A, D, and B12. Also, it has calcium, potassium, phosphorus, protein, botlavin, and niacin.

It also helps kids achieve 3 daily servings. Drinking low or fat free milk helps you get 3 daily servings.

Finally, it brings smiles. But don’t take my word for it, take it from the American Academy of Family Physicians, The American Academy of Pediatrics, The American Dietetic, The NHMA, The NMA, and many more.

It is the top choice in schools and delivers many nutrients our body needs. “In fact, it’s pretty much only  with breakfast cereal that any kid would choose white milk” , says Mrs. Rally, a server in a local elementary school cafeteria. And of course, kids love the taste! It is creamy, smooth, and delicious, also, it makes people who drink it healthy.

In conclusion, others might argue that chocolate milk is unhealthy, I get it, but famous nutritionist have concluded that chocolate milk is in fact healthy, and don’t you want the best?
